Despacho Ceremonies are sacred offerings of gratitude, prayer, and intention, rooted in ancient Andean shamanic tradition. In this ceremonial ritual, we weave together natural elements—flowers, leaves, seeds, prayers, and sacred symbols—creating a living mandala that carries our intentions to the Earth and the unseen realms. Each Despacho is an act of deep reciprocity, honoring Pachamama (Mother Earth), the elements, and the spirit of life itself. As intentions are lovingly placed into the offering, heavy energies are released, balance is restored, and harmony is invited back into the heart and body. Her journey began with a profound personal awakening that led her to study traditional shamanic practices from various indigenous cultures, deepening her connection to nature, spirit, and ancestral medicine. As a shamanic practitioner, Estelle facilitates soul-retrievals, guided journeys, and ceremonial work that supports deep transformation and alignment with one's highest self.
Complementing her spiritual work, Estelle is a licensed massage therapist with a unique, intuitive touch. Her bodywork integrates techniques that release physical tension while also addressing the emotional and energetic imprints held within the body.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, Estelle has trained and initiated countless students into the practice of Reiki. Her teaching style is compassionate and grounded, empowering others to tap into their innate healing abilities. She offers in-person Reiki trainings, as well as mentorship for those seeking to build their own healing practices.
